Processing time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery estimates Sweden and the EU: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch. Rest of the world: typically 10–20 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees — occasional carrier or customs delays can occur, especially around holidays.

Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–4 days to show its first update.

Customs & import charges Orders shipped within the EU incur no additional customs charges. For orders outside the EU, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
